Hi, are there any features withinin ERPNext which allow an automatic alert to be sent out to the Purchase Manager/Operations Manager whenever goods arrive at the warehouse.
My company experiences a backlog of unfulfilled sales whenever a wrong item is delivered to the customer, and where the actual item is out of stock. This will require us to raise a purchase order for the item before scheduling a redelivery. Are there any features to alert relevant staff when the purchases arrive at our warehouse, and are to be scheduled for redelivery? Thanks.
