i would like to get some data from other doctype like loan management.

for exemple in some hr requirements (govermnent) you have to get data based on the category of base salary just an exemple but there is a lot you can not nest the calculation using just the standard formula coz the data may change by time and you have to track those changes so its better to get it seperatly

Add those properties in the Employee DocType, so you can use them in the formula.
