User can see all Patient Assessments while only having access to one Patient

Hello,

I have a problem and I’m not sure if it’s specific for Patients or something general. Currently, I have it working that a user can only access some Patients because the Patient is linked to a Customer Group and the user has a User Permission, allowing access to that Customer Group.

However, the user can still see all Patient Assessments, also from Patients the user cannot see. I’m not sure if there’s some general option in ERPNext to restrict relational records, but it does not seem to work out of the box.

How to solve so the user can only see Patient Assessments of the Patients the user has access to.

Have you used "Select"permission type to allow patient appointments!

Thank you for your reply! I did allow “Select” permission type for Patient Assessments, but with or without “Select”, the user can still see all Patient Assessments, also from the Patient he is not allowed to see.

You may need to use user permission in addition to roles.
