I am facing an issue with User Permissions in ERPNext related to a Ticket
Issue Details:
Scenario: After granting a user permission to access certain Tickets (restricted view), the user is unable to create new Tickets.
Action Performed:User attempted to create a new Ticket.
Expected Result: User should be able to create a new Ticket while still being restricted to view only the Tickets they have access to.
Actual Result: System blocked the creation and displayed an error message.
Request for Help:
Looking for guidance on how to allow users to create new Tickets while keeping them restricted to view only their permitted Tickets.
