I created several courses and added them to three programs. I added several users to the program, but they didn’t automatically enroll. I set all courses to be free, but they can’t self-enroll. Is there a solution?

Did you uncheck Disable Self Learning from the Courses?
yes, i do and users can enroll all courses, not only in the program
