User logged out: Session Expired

Hello,

In System Settings, I have set the session expiry time to 168 hours. However, users are getting logged out after 10-12 hours. In the activity log screenshot below, you can see this issue.

Can anyone help me resolve this? The session should not expire before the 168-hour timeline.

@maxx I dont know about v14 but in v15 it works fine .
