User Permission to create Sales Invoice with certain Cost Center

Hi

In ERPNext version 13 how do I:

  • Allow a user to CREATE a Sales Invoice only with a specific Cost Center, and
  • Allow that same user to READ-ONLY Sales Invoices from other cost centers?
