User Permissions for Single Session

Hi,
I have made Simultaneous Sessions=1 when I am creating users.
But the same user for example (sdup@gmail.com) is able to login unlimited sessions from different devices [Different laptop].

Why this is happening? I want to make the above user to be logged in only once from any device. If the same user trying to login from Laptop 2, and he is already logged in from laptop 1 , then from Laptop 1 he will be automatically logged out.

Please advice.

Under System Settings, you can set a setting to allow one session per user.

@devbabai Please update the site_config.json file by adding the following line:

“deny_multiple_sessions”: 1

This will restrict above then simultaneous active sessions for a single user.
