User switch suddenly

Hello community , leaders.
this is a major bug . The users keep switching without a reason . anyone have ever faced this issue ? this needs to be fixed now .

Could you provide an example ?

@dj12djdjs hello. when I log in to my account , it does open my account and everything is working fine until suddenly the user just changes to another .

Do you have any other apps installed other than frappe, and erpnext?

I’ve never encountered this.

@dj12djdjs yes , but it’s just for customizing print formats and some features . it has nothing to do with user sessions.

Which version of frappe, and erpnext are your running?
