User switch suddenly

Hello community , leaders.
this is a major bug . The users keep switching without a reason . anyone have ever faced this issue ? this needs to be fixed now .

There is not much information provided here. “User switch suddenly” what does this mean?
Could you provide an example ?

@dj12djdjs hello. when I log in to my account , it does open my account and everything is working fine until suddenly the user just changes to another .

Do you have any other apps installed other than frappe, and erpnext?

I’ve never encountered this.

@dj12djdjs yes , but it’s just for customizing print formats and some features . it has nothing to do with user sessions.

Which version of frappe, and erpnext are your running?

Hello there, I’ve been having the same problem. Installed modules are Helpdesk and Wiki. It really seems random, as one moment you are on your own session as normal, and the next, when you switch to a different page, it changes your logged user to another one. I cannot replicate this problem as, again, it seems to happen at random.
Any suggestions on this potentially disastrous bug? :slight_smile:

@dj12djdjs Running the latest version of Frappe, no ERPNext, just the Wiki and Helpdesk modules.
Anyone else have any insight on this problem?
