User's outgoing email to be sent as a different email address

Is there a way for the user to send email (from the documents) as a different person (or email address). What happened was our finance department has multiple users. And when the users are sending email from the system, they want the email to be sent from a standard email ID (i.e., instead of the user’s individual email ID. This will allow the reply to be sent back to a common (shared) inbox.

This isn’t available. But in version 5, we are solving this in a different way so that replies always go to a common id and are then forwarded to individual email ids.


This functionality not available in version-4
In version-4, we can set only one email id in “Outgoing email setting”.
