Using Import Tool

Hi Dears

I tried to user import tool with using system template , but what happen it’s import the record twice ,
for example i import the rooms information of our institute it’s become like this:

i don’t know what’s happening, if anyone know, can you tall me please.

have you checked update option while importing ?

is it make that problem ?
