Using Quotation Item Table in another doctype

Hello Dears

I`m planning to use Quotation Item Table into Issue Doctype

So i`v created a new custom field with table type and Quotation Item in Option field

but its not render all data while i`m selecting the code

Even after adding

form_grid_templates = {
“issue_item”: “templates/form_grid/item_grid.html”
}

to my issue.py file

any idea ??
