Using side Spaces

Hi, This is a strange request, I am using ERPNEXT version 14 and 15. I want to use my complete screen. The area on the side, the empty space i want the information in the middle to expand and I should be able to use that also. I dont know how to say, but why the screen is never fully utilized, we can fill many other information if we can expand middle working area.
