Utility to design Print Formats?

Is it possible to have a utility to design the formats for print.
Without really going in to the HTML code?

This kind of utility is available in applications like Quick books
where we can define the page size and the also the fields that needs
to be printed.

Help regarding PDF page size. My company uses B5 sized papers. But the PDF page size does not show a way to create new page sizes

Can you raise an issue for this on GitHub.

You can add options in Print Settings to add B5
