V11 Data Import, can't download template with data

Hi all,
I am running v11 fresh install,
In v10 during Data Import, there used to be an option to Download Template with Data

in v11 the option to Download Template with data isn’t available.

is this a known issue? anyone else having this problem?

Installed Apps
ERPNext: v11.1.5 (master)
Frappe Framework: v11.1.5 (master)

In v11, to download the template with data you need to select Action column in Data Import >select update record from list> marks the with data box and download with table with data however, to insert new data you won’t find the “with data” checkbox option.

you can also do a data export (which did not exist before I believe) in order to get a template with existing entries
