V12 New Feature: Scan barcode using camera in mobile NOT Working

Based on the v12.1.3 update, this new feature (feat: Scan Barcode using Camera in mobile by netchampfaris · Pull Request #19033 · frappe/erpnext · GitHub) will enable users to scan barcode using camera in mobile.

However, it is not working. The camera button is nowhere to be seen.
