V12 POS item IDX counting is wrong

Hi all,
To report on V12.9.1 when user on POS adds three items and deletes one of them the IDX of Sales Item remains 1 for all itens.

But if you add two and delete one and after add two more it counts well.

Is this is offline pos or online pos?

Please share more details about the version and also check if anyone else have raised any similar issue on github issues.

Is the offline and the version is V12.9.1.
