V12 Promotional Scheme Error: AttributeError: 'unicode' object has no attribute 'get'

Hi, I am currently using v12.1.2. While I am creating a Promotional Scheme. I received this error when I was attempting to save: AttributeError: ‘unicode’ object has no attribute ‘get’

we also experienced this error when pick we pick apply on Transaction, Is this problem solved in other version?
