V13: ESS User Type Fields

Hello,
The fields for ESS in the user type are non editable. Singed in as administrator I can not change rights associated with role for any doc.
Have these been made non-editable in the latest release or some settings i need to fix?

Obligatory question, is developer mode turned on?

yes developer mode is on

If the issue still persists, change the user to a system user, them a few hidden options (like modules and roles will get visible).

From there enable ESS User and any other privileges required(i generally do ESS and Employee). Permissions should become editable then.
