V15 Customize Form - can't find some fields

Hi,

I upgraded to v15. In the Customize Form, I can’t find a particular custom field named production_notes. I have confirmed it is in the MySQL database;

This screenshot shows the field in my database:

On the Customize Form Fields section, I cannot find the field (see screenshot). The field does not show up in the “Form” tab where the drag/drop builder is.

Any help/pointers are appreciated!

Hi:

Since v15 custom fields adds “custom_” prefix to fieldname by default … anyway, it should be shown on fields table …

Sadly it doesn’t appear to show there. The field was added back on version v8 and has always been there. I did see it on the layout, but I may have removed it from the layout! But the underlying column is still there.
