We’re currently migrating from Odoo to ERPNext v16 hosted on Frappe Cloud for Telecommunication business management.
I am trying to find the best way to automatically add customer specific details to subscription invoices, such as phone numbers and service ID’s.
I have found that in Sales Order/Sales Invoice I can add a description column and add these details, I have not yet worked out how to have this column added to the pdf/printed invoice, the docs say I should be able to do this with “Print Format Builder” but customise/edit keeps taking me to a html editor.
But the first issues is how to add these details to the subscription so that they are automatically added to the invoice.
Any insight into either of these issues would be greatly appreciate.
