V5: Contact us enquiry issue

Hi,

In v5, if we try to send enquiry through contact us, it gives below error.

Another small issue: Favicon is not getting updated on website.(removed cached, restarted server but no luck)

Same problem here. I receive “There were errors” when testing the contact page. No entries are being added to the leads module either.

ERPNext V5.0.24

Outgoing SMTP setup and working using paid Google Apps for business account.

Same problem found when testing on a free Gmail account as the default email in ERPnext.
