I am receiving the below message while processing payroll for one month, does anyone have any idea why it’s coming?

Please search for Payroll Period from Search Bar and the update your payroll period and then you can run your payrolls.

Do you have any idea Why I am not able to update the salary slip, I want to make TDS as 0, it is still in draft mode, but I am not able to do it

Please check salary component and verify any formula is there for Tax deduction at source. If there is a formula then remove the formula.

No there is no formula

What about income tax Slab settings ?

There are two Income tax slabs defined one is an old regime and another is a new regime, as that tax comes to that value, but we haven’t deducted any TDS that month so we need to put the value as 0.
