Could you please clarify that valuation rate of an item contains

  1. Material Expense
  2. Custom Duty
    3.Frieght
  3. Purchase Taxes and Charges.

Am not sure about the 4th Point. Please do clarify

The valuation rate of a product includes the material costs, import duties, transportation expenses, and any applicable taxes or fees. These different elements are combined to determine the final price.

But the taxes are not mentioned in the document?

do you have any evidence on this to ensure that purchase charges and taxes are also included in the final price? just for my confirmation
