Values need to automatically fetch select already saved information in their own doctype

Hi Friends,
I edit the name “task” doctype into “QSP” i need same values from same doctype when main qsp is selected the following fields “Quarter”, “Year”, “Country”, “Region”, “Month” and “Week” to be automatically fetched
