Yes, it is possible.
You can create a single item with multiple variants, and then specify the warehouse where each variant is available for sale. To do this, you need to create a new Item in the Item Master, select the Item Group, and then add the variants for that item.
Once you have created the variants, you can specify the stock level and location for each variant in the Item Variant master. In the Item Variant master, you can also specify the default warehouse and the alternate warehouses for each variant.
When you create a Sales Order or a Sales Invoice, you can select the variant that you want to sell, and it will automatically deduct the stock level from the appropriate warehouse.
Therefore, you can have the same product with variants in three different warehouses for sale.
