Hello. How can I reflect Shipping costs for the product on my purchase invoices? Should I open my Shipping service as a product card or add it as a Shipping rule? The problem is that when I want to act as a shipping rule, I cannot apply tax to the shipping fee.

You can’t use shipping rule (and all feature that come with) in this case, you have to create an Item for exemple “Shipping Cost” with a correct Item Tax template and accountancy charge account

I’ve tried with custom app (develop and configuration) to make feature core feature Shipping Rule that work “correctly” with what you/we want, but I left it over, the Item (Product Card) “Shipping Cost” is more easy to implement
