[Version 11] 'unicode' object has no attribute 'get' error on opening desk

hi Everyone
i have upgraded erpnext from v10 to v11 using bench update update went fine but when i access desk i am getting this error ‘unicode’ object has no attribute ‘get’ attached screen shot below

@rmehta fixed after server restart
is this related with this topic V11 Code Changes don't effect till reboot the system
