Version Upgrade from V12 to V13

Hi i want to upgrade my instance version from V12 to V13 with all the customization and data. A Help will be aprreciated in this regard.

Refer to tech devops channel on YouTube. I had been watching and upgrading my v12 to 13 and now probably 13 to 14 in near time.
