We are implementing ERP Next. In Middle East most employees are Expatriate and hence Visa Type, Expiry date etc needs to be included and tracked in Human resource Application. We want to know how to include this field.
You have to add Custom Fields in respective form.

Thanks Priya, We were able to add Visa Type and Validity. Could please advice how to set alerts for Expiry of visa, trigger mail. Also to set rule of not entering date prior to current date.
If you want to set current date to any date field, then go to Customize Form , select document and open respective date field and set Today in Default section. If you want this field is not editable then make it Read Only . Refer following screen-shot -
