Vote for ERPNext on Bitnami

Hi all,

Bitnami is giving you the opportunity to vote for ERPNext to become part of their offered and supported stacks.

This has given OpenERP great traction with Bitnami users and OpenERP is currently the only full fledged ERP system on Bitnami.

Let's make ERPNext part of the offering, voting is super simple.

Currently ERPNext is standing 5th on the list of software in the race to become the next Bitnami stack. Let's get it to no 1.

This will require about 60 people to vote for ERPNext and share a tweet and facebook post. (Each tweet and fb post counts as a vote)

also, tweeted to see if the count increases. It didn't.
Also wanted to include this on my website,

<iframe allowTransparency='true' frameborder='0' scrolling='no' src='http://bitnami.com/product/erpnext/widget' style='border:none;width:230px; height:100px;'></iframe>

looks like <iframe string> isn't supported in our frame work ??

just curious..

Rushabh, I see there's some amazing customer testimonials on the website. Won't it be possible to send an email to your current customers/ supporters asking them to vote for ERPNext on Bitnami? Just an idea, I'm really pushing to get his amazing system on Bitnami, will help a lot of peole with installation issues as well, or as SiteCake says on their website:

Please vote to add SiteCake to BitNami Server App Store. They will make it one click install for all.

Hi Rushabh,

I trust you guys are doing great. The Bitnami contest closes today. I've monitored the progress of ERPNext in the competition over the last
one week or so and I must say its quite impressive. Honestly, I don't think there's any app on the list that deserves to win as much as ERPNext
and that's why we'll be putting in a significant effort in this regard today.

I believe we can still win this especially having come this far. There's no telling what we'll be up against next month so I think we might as well
put our best foot forward now. No harm in trying, right?

Cheers all

Kind regards,
Olawale

Thanks to everyone who has voted and shared the "campaign" with their colleagues, friends and family.

We have been well in the lead this month, but it seems we are taking another back seat again. GlobalSight has also seriously started to campaign on their project and have taken quite a considerable lead on Bitnami.

There is still 4 days left for us to come out guns blazing and make a difference.

IF YOU HAVE VOTED BEFORE, please vote again and check if your vote is still valid, all votes are reset at the end of a month, therefore your vote might not count anymore.

PLEASE vote and ask others to vote as well. - https://bitnami.com/contest

Why am I pushing the Bitnami platform so much?

Bitnami makes it easy for anyone to install an open source project without having to worry about the infrastructure and installation. For people without technical-knowledge this is an absolute lifesaver.

This will drop installation support quite considerably, as well as having the great team at Bitnami backing this project.
