Want to add Link field in Non Conformance form showing customer full name from customer DocType

Hi guys,

I am a newbie and I am stuck. I am using version 15. Wanted to add a Link field in Non Conformance form showing customer full name from customer DocType (so that later on I can do a report later on showing which kind of NCs are from which customers)

But in the Fetch From drop down list, I see no Customer DocType to pick from there? So how can I reach to the customer full name?

First, create a customer field and save the form. Then, create another field for the customer’s full name and ensure it is checked in the fetch from so that the customer will appear as an option.
