Want to give rent based CRM

I want to give rent based erpnext to my client no rebranded etc etc
100% erpnext i will just charge rent on my server and maintaince.

I will create e-commerce website and place plans for rent based hosting of erpnext.

Can i do this without any problem ?

please suggest, I want to be in erpnext licence and don’t want to brake any law.

It’s open source so no license required. Feel free to use it as you wish. Recommend that any enhancement you to is kept as open source and shared with community.
