We can not customize support ticket to add attach field

We need that Support Ticket Form has a attach field to allow the customers attach any file with the ticket from customer login site.

Attachment section will be visible at the bottom part of ‘Support Ticket’ form after saving.
By using this section customer can attach any file eg. doc, pdf, jpg file.

Where is it ?

You mean the admin view.

We need it in the customer login site. (customer view)

I have used following steps

1.Login using Administrator
2. Create User with only ‘Customer’ role.
3.Login using Customer.
4.Check ‘Support Ticket’ module is available for customer.
5.Create one support ticket and save it.
6.Check ‘Attachment’ setcion visible at the bottam of ‘Support Ticket’ form.
7.Here attach any file.

Yes this is from admin view.

I need it but from customer view.

When customer login to the site and will create new ticket, no attachment in the form.

How it come?!!!

    Login with user having role customer. Then create Support Ticket, after saving support ticket then only attachment field get added at the bottom of form.

No attachement appear at the bottom of form of customer view.

it has appeared on admin view at the bottom of form.
