We want to the Sales order shipping rule filtered by shipping rule Incoterm & sales order Incoterm and show the validated shipping rule only.

If you want to make sure that only shipping rules related to Incoterms are displayed, you need to use a custom script to set up specific logic. You can learn how to do this using the guide on Overriding Link Query By Custom Script.
Since the Shipping Rule doesn’t have an Incoterm field by default, you’ll need to add a custom field to match the scenario if it hasn’t been created already.
