Web view is not working

i added a list_item.html in librar_mangement/doctype/article(doctype i created) but when i stope bench and started again nothing is changed why???

please help me

It would be better to follow the more up-to-date dev training video for web views.

okey but all other chapter on the tutorial were working but not this

at least can you help me by giving a reason for why it is not working
