Website checkout questions, and quotes

  1. Is there a way to allow a customer to add a message to the seller during checkout?
  2. Is there a way of allowing checkout by purchase order number? So we would set up the website for approved trade account customers only. When the checkout they should be able to enter a purchase order number?
  1. When a customer uses the website why is a quotation made?

And talking of quotations. Is there a way of allowing a customer to approve the quotation themselves and have the purchase order created by them

Not available out of the box at present.

Please create a git issue by detailing a scenario.

A Quotation is considered as cart for a customer. When a user clicks on Place Order, the Quotation gets converted to a Sales order.
