In ERPnext Cloud, the pricing is by “User”. I am pretty sure that this does not count Customers, but does it include Vendors who might use a Vendor Portal? What about 3rd parties (like Consultants or Designers) that might be included in Tasks or Projects?
I think portal users are excluded from being charged.
