Docker is the only way to install Frappe/ERPNext on Windows. Search for “ERPNext on Windows” on YouTube and you will find good guides.

If you are looking for solutions other than docker, you would need to create a bootable/virtual machine on Ubuntu/Debian (VirtualBox)
