Hi,
By default, our company provides 5 festival holidays to every employee. We will give list of festival holidays and employee has to select their desired festivals.
Also, for the first year it is prorated based on date of joining. Below is the logic

How can I implement this in Frappe HR? Detailed flow would be appreciated.
