You can use the Submit feedback button to create a quick Interview Feedback. This is the short and quick way to create an interview feedback.

ok so i want to add one more option in result field how to add and which doctype is it?

This is a dialog created manually using JS. Go in the Feedback DOCTYPE’s directory to find out the JS file where the dialog is initializing. There you can modify the Select field
