What is the difference between Supplier Detail and Comment in Supplier Record

What is the difference between the Supplier Detail field and the Comment field in the Supplier File.
I can import the Supplier Detail. How do you import “Comment”?

Hello,

You can use Supplier Detail field for tracking any additional details of Supplier. Since it’s a data field, you can use it for any purpose as per your requirement.

In ERPNext, Comments are saved as Communication. If can import Communications, link it with the Supplier, and set Communication Type as Comment.
