Hello Lsa,
The Administrator user are the by default User,You want to Add one more user at the time of installation of ERPNEXT because it is a mandatory field. The Other user are optional.
Difference
Administrator User:The Administrator user have the all access of regarding The changes of development.i.e Doc type,report etc.,
System User:You can Define own Roles & Permission.It has an Permission of
The System Related roles.

@Lsa the Administrator user is only for development. You must create a new user for operations.

@rmehta and is it possible to change the name of Administrator when login in the admin dashboard? Or is it better to not modify it?

Don’t modify Administrator. Why do you want to do that?
