What is the use of Upload button in Customize Form?

Hi Everyone,

Does anybody have any idea about:
What is the use of Upload button in Customize Form?

If it is for uploading customization then
Step 1: I tried to download the file.
Step 2: Added more fields with field types and coulmn name etc.
Step 3: Uploaded the file back
But nothing got changed.

Also, if it is really works then what would be the steps and will it remove all existing customization?

I think this is a bug. Please open a github issue.
