What Is Your Setup for Dependencies, Resource Allocation, and Portfolio Reporting in ERPNext?

Quick question for teams running several projects at once in ERPNext. How are you managing task dependencies resource planning and portfolio level reporting. The Projects module covers the basics but I am finding it a bit hard to get a clear view when multiple projects share timelines people or risks.

Do you rely only on ERPNext or do you use another project management tool alongside it for deeper visibility. Curious how others track workload changes delays and overall portfolio health.
