What Sub-Process Organization Features should I use?

Hi everyone, I hope you are all well.
I am currently attempting to design a ERPNext implementation for a business.

Their workflow from a high-level scope is as follows:
Raw Material → Manufacture → Storage 1(can be sold) → Sub-Contractor 1 → Storage 2(can be sold) or Sub-Contractor 2 → Assemble → Storage 3(must be sold).

And in-between most steps there are quality inspections.

We have setup a BOM for each item to carry it through the manufacturing process and have created operations for each step in the manufacturing process. We have also taken these items and sent them through sub-contractors. However I am unsure about what tools ERPNext provides to create a flow such as shown above.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
