Whatsapp and Frappe CRM

Hello

I have two questions , request if someone could suggest

Could we send whatsapp messges to bulk leads at once through frappe CRM , I have installed the frappe whatsapp integration,.
There are companies like aisensy , waati etc which is providing whatsapp services, my question is do we need these tools after the availble integration of Frappe crm and frappe whatsapp ? What are additional that these companies are currently providing ?

@Nsuregrowth if you are using waba WhatsApp , you don’t need any other 3rd party companies , you will be connected directly to meta WhatsApp through their API.

Is this waba whatsapp different than the one which is in frappe market place , because i checked the marketplace there is a frappe whatsapp but not waba whatsapp

@Nsuregrowth frappe whatsapp should be the same , or a similar app , it uses meta api

Hi, I have installed frappe_WhatsApp and Frappe_CRM. I can send and receive message message from ERPNEXT, I can see the notifications in the CRM UI, but there are not WhatsApp message in the UI.
Can anyone help?
