Whatsapp integration

We are integrating whatsapp. I can see 2 apps, whatsap chat & Frappe whatsapp. Which one to use for communications with customers (payment reminders, alerts, etc). If anyone is using this, please guide.

If you have only reminders, alerts then you can use Frappe whatsapp

@Parvez yes you need wa business ID, Phone ID from whatsapp business account

You can get Whatsapp Cloud Api with no cost via Meta developer, but you need pay to Meta as per your message (Conversation) category and quantity , you can estimate here
