When contact e-mail is set in Lead, corresponding quotation does not refresh it


I have this problem today.

I have added a Lead with an empty e-mail. Then I have added an opportunity and finally, I have added a quotation.

Of course, when printing the quotation, customer’s e-mail appears as “None”. Then I have set the actual e-mail address for Lead, but quotation’s e-mail still appeats as “None”.

How can I set the customer’s e-mail when quotation comes from a Lead?


Quotation is a submittable type document, any changes made in the previous documents once submitted is not auto-fetched, you might have to re-run the cycle or update the email in the Opportunity and then create a quotation in order to proceed.
