When converting an account to Group

When we try to convert an account into the group, it shows an error:-

Account with existing transaction can not be converted to group.

How can we resolve the issue?

Hi @sachin1 you will need to create a group seperate and move the existing account under it as a child.

You can then rename both if necessary.

Group by default can’t have transaction. Hence the error. As mentioned make a group 1st, move the account to the group and then rename it.

You can convert only if there are no transaction.
